What happens if my pet goes missing?

Should a pet ever go missing and be scanned by a vet clinic or council, contact with you will still be attempted for any pets listed under your name. This includes being contact by phone, email or post.

Unsubscribing from our email list will prevent most automated emails from going through. This includes, but is not limited to; anniversary emails, invoices/statements and V.I.Pet-related notifications. You will continue to receive ownership certificates when they are requested or when taking ownership of new pets.
